🙐 Wildlife Z fold Card 🙓

Hi Everyone,

Today I am sharing an extremely quick and easy card that has a very Spring/Summer feel to it. I really like these colours together and the fact that the picture continues across the entire card, I feel looks really nice.

The colour Lemon Lime Twist from Stampin' Up is very quickly becoming a frequently used colour for me, which I really wasn't expecting. I just love it against the cream card stock and the bright blue colour that is the Tempting Turquoise.

The stamp sets I have used today are..

Touches of Texture & Background Bits

Touches Of Texture Wood-Mount Stamp SetBackground Bits Clear-Mount Stamp Set

Another two items that are firm favourites for me. I am just able to get so much use out of both of them :)

I would definitely advise anyone who wanted to add a good rounded stamp set to their collection, to purchase these two sets. They don't really have any boundaries to them :)

Card base -

Tempting Turquoise card stock - 11 1/2 x 6 inches (29 1/2 x 15 1/2 cms)

Score @ 2 3/4 & 5 3/4 inches (7 & 14 1/2 cms)

Burnish the score line that lies in the middle of your card base piece as you would a normal card fold.

The score line on the left hand side of the central fold, burnish the opposite way.

Very Vanilla card stock needed -

1 piece @ 2 1/2 x 5 3/4 inches (6 1/2 x 14 1/2 cms)

1 piece @ 2 3/4 x 5 3/4 inches (7 x 14 1/2 cms)

1 piece @ 5 1/2 x 5 3/4 inches (14 x 14 1/2 cms)

Ink pads used for today's make -

Lemon Lime Twist

Tempting Turquoise

Memento Tuxedo Black

Line the three pieces of Very Vanilla card stock, next to each other on a work surface.

Secure with washi tape or something similar, just to make sure the pieces of card stock do not move whilst you are stamping.

Using the stamp off and on method. Stamp the group of flowers stamp from the set Background Bits with the Lemon Lime Twist ink pad. Do this along the bottom of the pieces of Very Vanilla card stock.

With the Tempting Turquoise ink pad and again using the stamp off and on technique.

Stamp the cluster of flowers stamp from the Touches of Textures stamp set; along the bottom of the card stock.

Using the Tempting Turquoise ink pad as normal this time, stamp the single flower from the Background Bits stamp set.

With the Memento ink pad. Stamp the bee and the dragonfly stamps randomly across the three pieces of card.

Also stamp the sentiment "Thank you" from the Background Bits set, onto your largest piece of Very Vanilla card stock using the Memento Black ink pad.

How I built this card is very simple. I attached each piece of Very Vanilla card stock to the card base, using dimensional's.

This card is a quick but effective card that will brighten up anyone's day :)

I hope you have enjoyed today's tutorial.
