🙚 Quick & Easy Embossed Birthday Card 🙙

Morning Everyone!

I hope you are all doing well.

I have just popped on today to showcase this very quick and easy card I have made using only embossing powders.

It is definitely a fab one to do for any last minute party invites or occasions.

The stamp sets I used on this card were. Falling Flowers and Big on Birthdays. Both you can order from Stampin' Up. (Link to purchase, will be down below)

Falling Flowers Clear-Mount Stamp SetBig On Birthdays Photopolymer Stamp Set

From the stamp set Falling Flowers. I used only the smallest flower stamp.

The card base for today's card is one of the brand new colours that were released yesterday from Stampin' Up. I am already in love with this colour! I will definitely be using it a lot for future projects :)

Card base - Berry Burst card stock - 10 1/2 x 6 inches (27 x 15 1/2 cms)

Score @ 5 1/4 inches (13 1/2 cms)

Melon Mambo card stock - 5 3/4 x 5 inches (14 1/2 x 13 cms)

Basic Black card stock - 5 1/2 x 4 3/4 inches (14 x 12 cms)

From the stamp set; Big on Birthdays. You will need the stamp that is in the bottom left corner of the photo, (see above)

Along with that stamp. You will also need the matching floral stamp that is on the right hand side of the photo.

Stamp the large Happy Birthday stamp onto the piece of Basic Black card stock using a Versamark ink pad.

Stamp this towards the right hand side of the card front.

With the matching floral stamp, stamp once going diagonally across the top left and bottom left hand corners of the card stock. Again using a Versamark ink pad.

Sprinkle Gold Embossing Powder over the areas you have just stamped.

Tap off the excess and set using a heat tool.

Taking the smallest flower stamp, from the Falling Flowers stamp set.

Use Versamark ink to stamp the flower  every so often along the garland of gold flowers.

Hint: If you have any excess embossing powder on your card. Use a small paint brush to help you remove it :).

This time sprinkle over Copper Embossing Powder. Again tap off the excess and set with the heat tool.

Now time to build your card.

Back your card front piece, onto the piece of Melon Mambo card stock using dimensional's.

Then attach to the card base using tear and tape.

I hope you liked today's tutorial and as always, I will list the items that I have used down below.

Also just to let you all know. I do have a couple of copies of the new Stampin' Up catalogue left. If any of you haven't been able to have one sent to you as of yet :)

If you would like one of my last copies, drop me an email or private message me and I will get one out to you for free :)

Have a lovely rest of your day and I will see you tomorrow.

Take care & Always sparkle
