If any of the above ideas sound like fun and interest you. Please get in touch with me either by commenting under this post, emailing me or messaging me through my Facebook page. All details are on my main blog page :)

One of the fab things about this stamp set is that it not only comes with the outline stamp for the flower, but you also get the two stamps to colour the flowers and stems. Easy peasy colouring in. Who doesn't love that! :)

For this card, instead of just stamping the image once onto a card. I wanted to make this stamp in to my own custom design paper. Very quick and easy to do and I will tell you how in the tutorial below.

Card base - Tip Top Taupe card stock measuring 12 x 6 inches (30.5 x 15 1/2 cms)

Score the card base at 6 inches (15 1/2cms)

A piece of Pool Party card stock measuring 5 7/8 x 5 7/8 inches (15 x 15 cms)

A piece of card stock from the Design Series Paper Pack; Serene Scenery. (This is a gorgeous paper pack) measuring 5 5/8 x 5 5/8 inches (14 1/2 x 14 1/2 cms)

Whisper White card stock measuring 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches (14 x 14 cms)

With your piece of Whisper White card. Using a Black Memento ink pad and the stamp set Gift of Love. Stamp your chosen DSP design.

As you can see, I decided to go with alternate facing flowers.

I used the filling in stamps in the colours Pear Pizzazz for the stems and leaves and Marina Mist for the flowers. (To get the different shades I used the stamp off and on method)

Using Tip Top Taupe ribbon, I attached some around the bottom of my custom DSP. Secure the ribbon on the back of the card stock using tape.

With the piece of Pool Party card stock, I inked the bottom half edges with the Marina Mist ink pad.

Now to assemble the card.

With Tear and Tape, attach your custom DSP onto the piece of Serene Scenery DSP.

Again using Tear and tape, attach the custom DSP to the piece of Pool Party card stock. Make sure the half of the card stock that has been inked around the edges is on the opposite side of the darker colour of the Serene Scenery card stock.

Finally using dimensionals, attach to the card base.

The sentiment "Love you" is also from the Gift of Love stamp set. I stamped the words with Memento ink onto a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock measuring 2 1/4 x 1 inches (5 1/2 x 2 1/2 cms)

Back this onto a piece of Pool Party card stock measuring 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches (6 1/2 x 3 cms) and then onto a piece of Tip Top Taupe card stock measuring 2 3/4 x 1 1/2 inches (7 x 4 cms)

Attach your sentiment onto the middle of your ribbon using tear and tape.

OK, so this was definitely a longer tutorial that what I normally do but I think this card was worth the little extra time it took. Hopefully you do too xx

As always I will list all products used below and as normal; any comments, questions or concerns. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Have a fabulous rest of your day.

Take care & Always sparkle!
